Moves: Dave Dudley is a mimic. When wrestling, he often uses his opponent's moves against him, to humiliate. Dudley is The Hardcore Icon, so his basic style is that of "hardcore" wrestling. But he is also known to be a great technical wrestler when the need arises. He mostly uses power moves, and submission holds. He very rarely is a high flier, only in risky situations.
Basic moves:
Greetings From Dudleyville: Rikishi Driver
Super Hero Kick: Superkick, HBK style.
Dudley DDT: DDT
Dave Bomb: (hit from many locations, basic powerbomb)
Dave Cutter: Regular Diamond Cutter/ RKO(sometimes used as finisher...) hit from all locations.
Oh, Canada: Sharpshooter(submission)
Living Dangerously: Death Valley Driver(Under extreme circumstances, turns into Dave Cutter)
Finishers:
The Silent Scream: Crippler Crossface(submission finisher)
THE FINISHER:
The 4D: The Dave Dudley Death Drop. Whip into ropes, a flapjack, and while opponent is in the air, drops them with a Diamond Cutter/RKO. The 4D only applies in this circumstance. All others are merely "Dave Cutters"- also applicable as finishers.
History: Dave Dudley is an egomaniac. He believes he's the best, because he's proven it time in and time out. He owns the federation Insane Championship Wrestling.
...you know the rest. Besides, this go-around, it's not important...
Or maybe it is. Dudley entered ICW this time with the goal of conquering the competition once again. He thought he had an ace up his sleeve, however, appointing Sign Guy Dudley, his former manager, as the General Manager of ICW. However, Sign Guy revealed that he was no longer allied with Dudley and he had changed his name to Lou E. Dangerously, and now things were going to be done HIS way.
Dudley was outraged at the betrayal, and Dangerously immediately obliged that fact with a slew of competition thrown at Dudley.
Dudley entered the Triple Terror Tournament in an effort to win back the ICW World Title. He lost in the first round to Dan Hampton, his former rival, in a match that some have called one of the greatest bouts of all time.
During all of this, Dudley's quest to unravel the mystery of the Twelve, the mysterious organization which Dudley believed had been screwing him all along, fell apart.. Dudley found out the twelve was created to secure financial efforts, not crush Dudley as he believed. One of their initial beliefs was to keep Dudley out of wrestling, as the twelve believed he was not a draw, financially. They abandoned this effort, when ScottiePP7 resigned from the twelve after seeing how Dudley was the future of the business. In the end, they knew that they would be persecuted for their actions. They predicted that someone, probably Dudley, would destroy the alliance. The twelve had dismantled, with only ABVP still in the group, holding all of the power, and all of the money. Dudley confronted ABVP only to be crushed that the twelve had not been against Dudley, and that they had proven to be the downfall of Dudley, provoking his madness and downward spiral.
ABVP said it was ironic that Dudley was the one who destroyed the Twelve, as it was their initial plan to destroy Dudley. Crushed, Dudley left. ABVP thought Dudley was the one who ended the reign of The Twelve, only to find it was Healius, aka The Emperor who was "destined" to end it, putting a bullet through ABVP's head.
Dudley, distracted, and now feeling somewhat depressed, and directionless, had a match against Dan Hampton. The winner would get a title shot, becoming number one contender, the loser, must leave ICW forever.
In a match for the ages, the final chapter was written in the Dudley/Hampton rivalry, as Hampton got the upper hand. Dudley was forced to leave ICW forever.
Dudley remained owner of ICW, but his shares and profits were vastly cut in half. He lost penthouses, cars, all kinds of things.
Dudley traveled home to visit his family, only to find his childhood home deserted, his parents dead, and his siblings not wanting contact.
As the rain poured down on Dudley, the lightning striking and igniting the house, causing the flames that burnt down his past life, Dudley had lost everything, finally. And for the first time in his life, he was sorry, and he was tired of fighting...
