Hey all just letting you know that Quake Live has been released into open beta as of yesterday as of 7pm EST. The Website is: www.quakelive.comI would recomend disabling all punkbuster related options in IE or you will probably get kicked from a game after like 45 seconds. Or you can download Mozilla's Firefox. A couple of thing before you complain that it takes a dman long time to get into play. The game is in open Beta, there are still bugs and they are still stress testing the game. Last night that 113,000 new accounts added in about 6 hours. There is a que system but it moves quickly and once they get more servers up and running the que system should be a thing of the past. On average it took me about 15-20 minutes to get out of the que, which isnt bad considering the game is free. So if you want a break check it out. The servers are organized by region you can play in antoher region but will have a hellaciously high ping rate and the gaem will be spotty. Basically remember the game is in BETA. This means they are still working outthe bugs and kinks.

Where are you running into the problem?? I am running a Windows Vista system and found Mozilla's firefox to be a better clinet to use. Or log on to the quakelive site and check out the forums and see if anyone else is having your problem.
I would advise checking out
irc.quakenet.org /join#quakelive
Some of the Id people run the room and they can give you some tech support.
