I mean, Rivers, you haven't been 15 for a long time. I actually expect artists to mature, and stuff. As an aside, this is why Death Magnetic sucked.
Collaborating with Lil Wayne? Lil Wayne blows.
What the fuck happened to rock music? What happened to tight, nasty, three chords, right in your fucking eye. Or hey, what the hell happened to being ambitious. I'd rather someone be pretentious than consciously and deliberately precious and infantile like Rivers is now.
Times like this make me want to listen to "I'm Waiting for the Man" on repeat for days.

Im guessing that after "Sweater Song" and "Buddy Holly", it went way, way, down hill.

Weezer's basically got the artistic integrity of Green Day at this point they've just been less successful at selling out.

Im guessing that after "Sweater Song" and "Buddy Holly", it went way, way, down hill. That's about it. The first album was pretty good. Every one since has been fairly crappy. Apparently the "feedback guitar" style isn't open to a lot of creativity. Who knew?
