Name: Ja the Destroyer
Real Name: Jacob Saunders
Age: 25
height: 6'6
weight: 275
Physical Description:
Ja is a very dark skinned african-American with very long dreadlocks. They are streaked sandy red and black and when he wrestles he has them pulled back in a ponytail. His ring attire consists of solid black trunks with black, red, and green stripes going down the side. He wears a t-shirt with a Bob Marley iron-on down the front and the sleeves have been cut off.
Personality: Ja was born and raised in Birmingham,AL by his mother Bettye and his father Charles. He was a very intelligent and soft spoken young man growing up. He excelled in scholastics and athletics. Joshua, Ja for short, was a heavyweight champion on the wrestling team at Phillips high school and a tenacious linebacker also which earned him the moniker Ja "the destroyer" after high school he longed for a challenge and was offered a football scholarship by the University of Alabama (roll tide). During this time He was became fascinated with rastafarianism and the dread locks that these people sported. He studied and became deeper involved and began growing the dreads that he sports now at this time although he never converted to the religion because there were a lot of beliefs that he didn't believe in. He found out that growing dreads was a very long and hard process that took patience and discipline which would come in handy when he decided to become a wrestler. He stayed at the University two years before deciding that was not what he wanted. He desired a challenge and he felt that the challenge he desired was not being fulfilled. His interest in wrestling was the challenge that he long to pursue not the amateur sport... but the professional sports entertainment that we all have come to love. He decided that this would be the avenue that he would travel. He started off in different martial arts dojos around Birmingham picking up black belts in akido, jiujitsu, and judo. He figured that he wanted to be more of a submission based wrestler and he decided that these arts held the keys to his success. After attaining those skills he entered a wrestling school and was taught the basics. It is there that his amatuer skill catapuleted him through the school and to the independent ranks. Outside of the ring Ja is a laid back quiet individual, but when he steps in the ring he is a patient calculating monster that isolates a part of the body until the opponent can take no more and submits to the will of JA.
Wrestling style: As stated before JTD is a submission specialist and he couples that with sheer power.
Set up move: JA's wrath (impaler ddt)
Finishing move: JA END ( Crippler crossface)
JTD's Entrance:
Fresh and Clean by Outkast plays as Ja the Destroyers walks out in his Bob Marley (you know the one where Marley is getting stoked off of a bong of weed smoke everywhere and stuff yeah that one). He slowly makes his way out of the from the back listening as the drum machine plays the intro to this song as the music and bass hits he slowly makes his way down to the ring while using the handy dandy rubber band to pull his dreads back in preparation for decimation
