NAME: El Bastarde
HOMETOWN: Buenos Aires, Argentina
HEIGHT: 6'5
WEIGHT: 290lbs
AGE: 28
WRESTLING STYLE: Brawling and Power Move Style. Nothing too technical, although he's been known to pull a few complicated moves off. He normally avoids any form of stipulated or hardcore-type matches as well since, as one would say, "That Stuff Hurts!"
MANAGER: His manager is Cheech Marin. You may remember Cheech from those Cheech and Chong movies and currently from the TV show Nash Bridges. If you've seen him, you know what he looks like but he's quite short and small with a balding head. He now holds the Flatester Triple Crown consisting of three retired EFWO belts but he usually just prefers to bring his first love, the Compost Title, to the ring when he comes down with Bastarde. Cheech is a pretty laid back manager. He rarely gets physically involved in matches, only intervening to hand Bastarde a chair or to yell about foul play from his opponents.
FAVORITE MOVES: Backdrop, DDT, Powerbomb, Elbow from the Second Rope, Steiner Recliner, Powerslam, Tilt-a-Whirl Backbreaker, Legdrop from the Top Rope, Off-the-ropes Elbow Smash, Bulldog, Neckbreaker, Jackhammer, Fall-Away Slam, Spinebuster, Headbutt, Scoop Slam (It's devastating!), Choke Slam...
SPECIALTY MOVES: (Cause like...everyone's got em) In his time as a wrestler, Bastarde has picked up newer moves and added them to his repertoire. These could be used as finishers if Bastarde sees the need to do so.
The Basseroonie!!!: Bastarde's newest move, he debuted it in that classic match against Jay Vrmanicke at Helloween2K1. Not really a wrestling move, of course, it's used by Bastarde to jump back to his feet after executing a big move (usually one of his Specialty Moves or Finishers). Bastarde drops to a knee and sticks out four fingers (for each of his EFWO World Title wins), then stares at his hand as he shakes it like an epileptic before spinning upwards, back onto his feet!! It's by far the Most Electrifying Move in Sports Entertainment!!
El the Impaler: Basically it's Rhino's Spear. He waits in the corner for the opponent to get up and Spears them...Crunch and stuff...
South of De Border: Bastarde lifts his opponent into a piledriver Position and then rather then falling backwards, he buckles his knees backwards and drops the opponent on his head. (Kinda like a reversed Tombstone)
Tequila Plex: Bastarde grabs the opponent from behind and pulls their arms up into a Full Nelson position. He then lifts them backwards and crashes them onto their head with a suplex. It's basically a Dragon Suplex
The EB2D: The El Bastarde Death Drop. He picks up the opponent, tosses him in the air with a flapjack and catches him in a "devastating" Diamond Cutter. This is here to annoy Dudley of course.
FINISHER MOVES: Uh...they're like...uh...finishers. They Hurt...ouch.
The Quicker Picker Upper: It's Farooq's Dominator but with a sit-down aspect added. Bastarde holds the opponent by the waist, lifts them up onto his shoulder (face up) and then twists the opponent back down onto the mat as he sits down at the same time. The opponent's face crashes into the mat.
The I'm Not Mexican Stretch: It's basically a half crab. Bastarde grabs the opponent's foot and yanks it back at the knee joint as his Submission Finisher.
The Grande: Bastarde's original finisher and the one he tends to prefer. It's a Brainbuster. The opponent is lifted up in a Suplex position and then Bastarde kicks his feet up and the opponent drops down, crashing onto his head.
THEME MUSIC: "Oye Como Va" by Santana
ALIGNMENT: A Babyface to the Extreme!! Bastarde couldn't turn heel for all the Vodka in Russia!
ILLEGAL WEAPON OF CHOICE: A Good ole Steel Chair! Although Bastarde isn't generally hardcore he'll toss a random ring attendant out of the way to make use of his chair with the best of them if he needs to.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: El Bastarde is a Big Latino feller with black hair, green eyes and a huge handlebar mustache (think Teddy Roosevelt's mustache, but bigger). He's hairy all over as he has hair all over his back and shoulders. He wears a wife beater with a pair of black jeans to the ring. He's a large ox of a man with a fairly large build. Hailing from Argentina, he has a heavy Spanish Accent
HISTORY: As an immigrant to the United States, El Bastarde (pronounced El Bast-Ard (not Erd)) currently works a Taco Bell in downtown Chicago. However, since he was raised as a farmer's son in Buenos Aires, he was always subjected to the tough life. His friends convinced him to get into wrestling because he was, as they said it, "A Big Guy" (however he still won't quit his job at Taco Bell). He met Cheech Marin when Cheech came into the Taco Bell that Bastarde worked at as a customer and took a liking to him. After finding out that Bastarde was becoming a wrestler, Cheech offered his services as a manager.
In his time in the EFWO he was the North American Champion for upwards of about three months before having short stints with the federation's Television and Intercontinental Belts (The TV Title reign lasted a good five minutes as he was forced to give it up). At the start of March, Bastarde soon realized his dream as he won the EFWO World Heavyweight Title in the High School Rumble. It was during this time that Bastarde began a short stint in the EWA as a member of Rebellion X but it soon ended as time constraints between the two Feds forced Bastarde to leave EWA. Bastarde also attempted a run in the newly reopened ICW but the struggling Federation soon closed, ending Bastarde's aspirations there as well.
Finally at Net Mania II, Bastarde's reign as EFWO World Champion ended as he dropped the belt to Skeletor. Bastarde disappeared for almost two months afterward as Taco Bell forced him to work too many shifts for him to balance his wrestling career. Both he and Cheech finally returned at the EFWO PPV Fallout, a show in which Cheech pinned EFWO Legend, Phil Flate to win the Flatester Triple Crown, the name that Flate gave to the United States, Cruiserweight, and Compost Titles, the three retired belts that were in his possession at the time. Soon after, EWA reformed and Bastarde decided to try another run in the company. After many close matches, Bastarde final attained the highest honor when he beat X-Dude to become the company's World Heavyweight Champion. Not only was he the first World Champ since EWA reopened but he thusly became the first man to win both the EFWO and EWA World Titles. Sadly, the EWA closed down once again with Bastarde still in possession of the EWA World Title Belt. After Seeking continued glory, Bastarde rejoined the EFWO in the beginning of October.
Being the EWA World Champ, Bastarde soon aligned with others in a short-lived "EWA" Faction before it eventually fizzled into a small group with Archangel and Mocku known simply as The Super Friends. Not only that, but Bastarde went ahead to beat Jay Vrmanicek for the EFWO World Heavyweight Title at the October Pay Per View, Helloween2k1, thus becoming not only the first man to hold both the EWA and EFWO World Titles, but the first to hold them at the same time. However, after only three weeks as EFWO Champ, Bastarde became sickened with the ridiculous bickering and backstage arguments that seemed to weekly occurance and left the Fed, maintaining possession of both his EWA and EFWO World Titles with no known wrestling plans for the future. Happy to be rid of the stress of wrestling, Bastarde and Cheech began a long road trip across the United States.
In the end, El Bastarde ended up marrying his sweetheart and EFWO Women's Star, BabyDoll Bradley shortly after they reunited during Bastarde's last World Title reign. Having also been promoted to a manager of Taco BellEl Bastarde current enjoys the married life of a retired wrestler...
Now....three letters appear in his future...
